The mod regulates the density of traffic and the number of pedestrians depending on the time of day. So at night there will be few people and cars on the streets, and in the morning the streets will get busier, reaching a maximum in the evening rush hour.
At the moment this mod is not compatible with my other mod - Limited Population. A patch for this mod will be released soon.

Sounds good, will give it a try.
Few days ago i was thinking about something like this to have and here we go. I just don't like that you can see at night cars disappear at the distance, but better something than nothing.

@andre500 Thank you so very much for this mod 🥳🥳 I was tried to do this through popcycle but it's unable to properly regulate density, it's either full or none 😅
Nice concept, let's hope VI has this same thing regarding population. If your mod is included(if not), i suggest areas like West Vinewood or Del Perro which have many landmarks should be respected the population number. Rockford Hillis and etc..

@CJislit I think the density of traffic during daytime would still depend on what gameconfig you have installed.

@andre500 It is similar to a mod for GTA 4, namely, (real traffic) where a certain time of the appearance of a car in traffic.
The mod is nice, but in my opinion there's not much going on even during day-time. Rockford Hills seems empty, even at 12 pm. Maybe change it so there's more going on in "tourist" areas during night/day, and areas like Davis have fewer people
@andre500 Any chance to have an option to toggle trafic and peds by separate? With this mod on, the streets are totally empty in the morning.

This mod is cool but I think the time for 6pm to 12am should be heavy traffic, like a real life. I seen in game it few traffic like 12am and above time...
8 am with very few traffic isn't realistic
