Better Video Export
- Patches maximum bitrate & FPS allowed for Editor exports
- Allows for native 4K Video exports
- Uses FFMPEG for encoding rather than the outdated built in encoder
USAGE:
- Place BetterVideoExport.asi in the root directory of GTA V
- Place ffmpeg.exe in the root directory of GTA V (Or have ffmpeg in your PATH Variable)
- You can download ffmpeg here: Download

doesnt come with ffmpeg
@candyxblaze ffmpeg technically isnt required, it falls back to the built in encoder, but the option to use ffmpeg is there.
also i think distributing a large binary like ffmpeg wouldnt be possible on here, you can download it easily here, https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/
Does it work in Enhanced GTA V?
