this link is a complete and udder failure..
1. no instructions on how to use it (I think its self explanatory really)
2. a 1 minute video of a music song playing while we look at a picture (pointless)
3. doesnt tell you what template is for which car (there are two crown victorias and two buffalos, and three grangers (excursions) which is which?

I have been reading a lot about Templates Mate U made the templates NO Rockstar Did.

Can't people just export the skins themselves from the cars using open iv?

@MrOxPlay Make new ones bro. Like for the CVPI by POLICESCO, same goes for the 2011 Charger, and 2012 Taurus made by him/F5544. Great job for what you currently have tho!

Telling people this is YOURS is dead wrong pal.
Rockstar Games owns these models AND the texture maps.
Extracting someone else's works and distributing it does not make it yours.
If anything, you are borderline stealing from Rockstar Games.

Anyone can do this with OpenIV.

Would you please explain how these are supposed to be used for the default cars?
The textures used by the default cars do not match up to these textures, so how does a person use the new texture templates to get the default cars to use them? Just adding the images to the texture file doesnt make it work.

lol even I just got into making textures and I know how this works without any f****ing instaructions. If you can't start anything with the file then why the f*ck did you guys even try downloading it...all I am saying is that @MrOxPlay did an amazing job getting these templates out, I was searching all day for something like this and this is just perfect!
Now I will give you a step by step usage:
1. install
2. drag it out to your desktop etc.
3. Open Photoshop or paint.net
4.Minimize it and drag in any texture you want to use on any police vehicle THAT FITS!
5. once you can see the template in photoshop etc. get to work and create something!
6. Your Welcome...
