Similar to the Simple DLC Manager - Open Source.
Allows you enable or disable, any or all, dll or asi files.
Loads the listbox with recursion to include subfolders.
Installation and use
Keep both files together, anywhere you want.
Put your path to GTA V root folder in the ini file.
Rightclick the ScriptManager.ps1 and from the context menu, select Run with PowerShell.

To answer @JoyLucien and for users in general:
If you want to focus on .dll scripts in your Scripts (scripts) folder, just type in "scripts\" or "Scripts\" in the white search box at the very top right of the tool. This will allow you to see which are user installed versus vanilla game dlls. The backslash will ensure you are in the scripts folder. Most users will not know this, but you can have subfolders in your scripts folders and they will be loaded. This tool is recursive so it will include subfolders as well. Personally, I separate my scripts from "enablers" such as lemonui, the original ifruitaddon, nativeui, and naudio files. Subfolders are very useful if you want to organize your scripts based on categories.
Of course most users will just use the standard scripts folder, so by default those dlls will already be at the bottom of the list.
PRO TIP: To manually stop a script from running you need to change the extension. If you rename a script but leave the extension as .dll it will still load. It might not work due to dependencies, but it will still be loaded.

@JohnFromGWN That's okay🙂I still can use them with Option 1, or inside the mods folder with Option 2.
You can add an exclusion function, and the excluded files can not be displayed, such as the dll that comes with some games
