I would like to say if you are having a audio issue I fixed mine by:
lowering the FPS in the .ini down to 25-30
lowering the motion blur down to 1 and the after effect to 0.8
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I also fixed the crashing and black screen errors by:
Using 0.5.1 "ExtendedVideoExport.asi" file
Using 0.5.0 "EVE" folder file

I use this for singleplayer mods - LSPDFR to be exact, not FiveM
Goodluck guys it works!

Not worth downloading, it'll ruin your game file
