Reminds me of a mod that might be a good idea, If a friendly gets downed in story mode (Micheal, Trevor) You have a chance to revive them like in SR3

I'd recommend making a textual list for the spawn locations, As there are reasons a video might not be handy as it might need to be if you're trying to find something.
Could you use the powers of moddin' to also add a consistent spawn for the damn thing by any chance?
Is there any possibility of an ASI at some point? LUA plugins in general never worked for me, even with the VT redistributable thing (Usually the culprit)
