This looks so fire!
Amazing model. I checked your sirens and could I suggest putting 10 and 12 together freeing up a siren ID. You could then put a white light emissive into the box of the ambulance. that way when the sirens are on, it's pure white lit up ambulance box.
And your rear lightbar within the rear window isn't even centered.
Environmental Lighting for the lights is only emitting to the rear (without the lightbar)
Has anyone noticed the windows are bulletproof?
