@THEAETIK Found a sort of solution. On the start screen (only after dying in a run) is when the game spawns the character at the hospital with the broken camera. I opened Simple Trainer and used the UnFreeze Player command and it worked.
@THEAETIK I was in free roam. Not sure what mods would conflict. I have the riot mod but it's disabled, I deleted the mods folder so I don't think anything would be conflicting
I have an issue where the start screen has a broken camera and won't show the characters or their cars how it is supposed to show. Upon loading into a run, if I get out of my car, I'm frozen in the air and can't blink back to it if I get out of it while moving, but if I stop the car and get out then I get get back in. This did not happen on the very first run, and the camera was just fine on the start screen then. In between the first and second runs, I didn't change anything or restart the game, just replayed after I died.

@THEAETIK I tried redoing it but now when I press F10 the game freezes a bit and then it resumes and nothing happens. Will try again later.
