Windy City 1.12 is out now. This is a patch and expansion update as it includes various fixes and additions to the previous experience of GTA 5 Chicago / Windy City map.
@sjaak327 I changed a few parameters in dlc.rpf, content.xml. I made a video on it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZz1O1BZorY For this to work the template should match that of Chicago, and yes, it should work for all maps.
@noname9 Yes.
@palanging Now there is an automated installer (OIV) which installs the map by itself and all you need is OpenIV installed. I advise starting off from a clean mods folder, not installing on top of your other mod/s.
@azzman_01 The map is now visible in the main menu so you should just waypoint it and follow to get there.
@Bouncyjack@Bouncyjack @bmwj98 That is fixed now in 1.11.
Windy City 1.11 is out now. The new version features enabled collisions formerly disabled by GTA Online The Contract DLC update (GTA 5 & Online The Contract DLC update 1.02545 (1.55)). In addition, this release is seperated into automated installation via the OpenIV package (OIV file) and the usual set for manual installation (RAR file). Enjoy the updated map and all the best in New Year 2022!
@JohnFromGWN That's fine, glad to hear it. For those still failing I suggest trying with the base and update over it. Maybe people miss crucial data that was mentioned time and time again for base, things like gameconfig, heapdjuster script etc.
I got word that people are having issues installing Windy City 1.1. To install the update version you need to have the base install ready (1.0) before you add and replace with new files from 1.1!
It's this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UHMT4SDT50 @jin007
@jin007 On this page, once I submitted video of gameplay of this mod here it was seemed to be pending review.

@jin007 Nice mod, even better updates! Can you please review my posted video? Thanks!
@sjaak327 No problem, hope it will help.
