for the respawn key to work you need to enable manual mode.

@MegaPapi69 Actually I'm not sure, I load whatever the game considers is mp_wasted, I found out that there is a duplicate in a bank called snacks.awc and that's what the game actually uses for vanilla online in current patch, I updated my other mod to replace this duplicate https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/updated-1-41-gta-v-old-generation-wasted-for-mp-and-sp
