Do the blips of this mod count to trigger the issue of missions and vanilla game blips dissapearing because you have too much, or are they a different blips system that can coexist with those of the base game?
@oldnapalm But it doesn't trigger wanted levels dynamically, or does it? I understand you choose whether you can or can't get wanted levels during the race if you commit felonies.
I was refering to a feat that triggers wanted levels as soon as the race starts or in the middle of it. Say, maybe the police got a call about a street race and they come out to get you.

A question: does this mod cause a weird bug on the mission Scouting the Port by making the ship you have to photograph half-sunk and in flames, or is it unrelated?
@oldnapalm Would it be possible to just unmap the teleport key, please? Right now the script fails to load if I leave the space blank, and if I use the hotkey, it messes up the mod "Enable all interiors" because I get the message "Entering single player" when teleport with the hotkey from this mod, for some reason.
@Electric Auto Man No. If you drag the files of this mod, you will only have the loose components outside of the proper dlc.rpf files. You have to move the original game files into the mod folder and then install the files of this mod. There are txt files inside the download that tell you where to put the files of each folder.
How does this mod work? I downloaded and see it doesn't contain music, rather ini files with youtube playlists urls. Does it dynamically fetch music from jewtube? That would explain why some stations no longer work.

May I suggest that you consider a feature to have a chance to get a wanted level when the race starts/during the race?

Is this your first time using OpenIV? If so, I recommend watching some tutorial.
