Any plans to continue the Retro Noose/government agencies? I.e. FIB Police, NOoSE PIA, Border Patrol, etc.

I ran into a problem, not sure if anyone can help fix it but, This car doesn't mesh well with other cars that have rotaries. I attempted to fix the values but nothing seems to work, looking to see if anyone might have any bright ideas? Thanks for reading. (Still a great file and I love it)
