This mod causes so much fps loss. Even with only 3 houses activated. The hkmod is also making me lose 20 fps by just driving a vehicle, not so when walking. Atleast with SPA when you only activate say 6 houses i only lose about 5 at max 10 fps. Not 30-40 =/.
