    The instructions are not clear, the installation folder is GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday2ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and not GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(lastpatchday)/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
