Ever since I installed the new edition, alongside PEV DTAR, I can not get above a 2 star wanted level. I take it that this is just a compatibility issue?

All buses are white and the livery can't be changed. Most routes are bugged and when you try to load into one, it will give you a mission failed prompt with "You exploded your NULL". When you do find a route that is not bugged, your brake lights flash, your display signs will display the vanilla ones and when passengers deboard they either fall under the bus and die or fall out the map.
