Can i used this livery for the new slot without replace ? What the name of meta files for editing to unlock new livery slot?

in the game I can't spawn (undershirt) a.k.a decl_008_u.ydd. so my leather jacket has a hole. without any textures. tell me how to solve it. so I can spawn the lether jacket with shirt like in screenshot. btw, sorry for my bad english 🙏🙏
