With the default settings it makes the game dreadful to play. You can't really drive anywhere without getting a ticket (or 10). Way to sensitive. Some of the infractions can not be turned off even it you adjust it in the .ini. I'll try again after a few updates, for now it's unusable.

Is it possible to move the heat bars?
