This makes me wonder what this guy could do if he had some actual map editors, this is awesome, and beautiful. Extend it !
Finish it, make majority of Los Santos broken, infected, add zombie mod, and this could be best mod ever, for now, it's awesome.

@esrohraw Nope, not, thanks for sharing, although I think it would be a little better without the cape. It feels unnatural (and I'm not sure that we will ever be in able to emulate the cape to work like it does in games, that physic etc.).
@esrohraw Yeah, thanks for the info. I guess that most of us wait for the epic Batman costumes and skins from Arkham series, (the Pristine from Arkham Knight), good luck with editing, hopefully, it won't take long for modders to make it happen.
Wait, WE CAN FINALLY USE SKINS FROM ANOTHER GAMES ? Awesome man.
I have tried installing it multiple times, in different ways, but whenever I'd boot up the game, pressing either O or F4 would do nothing, for some reason, this mode does not work on my computer. Hope if would be fixed ? (tried in singleplayer and multiplayer)
Update: I have also noticed that frequently installed 'Fully Loaded MENU' does not work either if pressing F5, it seems like it's not your fault, but GTALuas, any help ?
