@JackineCHan11 I asked for that, he recommanded me to do this. You can check up.
go to the "fast install" folder inside the mod, than go to the "mp_f_freemode_01_female_heist" folder and drag all the upper files to any folder on your pc, now drag all those upper files here: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mphiest/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpheist/_steamedpeds.rpf/ mp_f_freemode_01_female_heist/
Now with menyoo in torso menu go to the 27th, the uppers start from there

@serskyamn I think it is working, but I can't make Menyoo working because of the scripthook..
I am waiting now for the new version.

I did not solved it, I don't know what's the problem.

@serskyamn So basically I've installed everything as it was supposed to, I searched at tops but I don't see anything changed. They're just normal with the blue dot. The lower boy looks fine but I can't find the top.
I'm waiting for add on.

I love the idea, I will give 5 stars. I got one problem... I installed everything as I was told to (readme files) and I can't find them, I searched them everywhere and I couldn't find them, I don't know what's the problem
I hope to get it solved :)
