I replaced the Zentorno, and the handling feels waaaay off. It feels exaggerated. Why is this?

Why is it not working for me? I followed all the instructions in the text file for addon, and when I try to spawn it it says "Invalid model"?
Where do I put the vehicles.meta file?
Every time I try to load the game with this mod installed, it gives me an error about an orange needle not loading properly. Any fixes???
