    Question....Your instructions are quite difficult. First when you say:

    "Using Open IV"...... what is IV?

    Second:

    REPLACE VEHICLELAYOUTS>META in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mk2\dlc.rpf\common\data\ai
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    REPLACE VEHICLES>META in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mk2\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    REPLACE HANDLING>META
    and
    REPLACE CARCOLS>META
    and
    REPLACE CARVARRIATION>META in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mk2\dlc.rpf\common\data
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    ADD ALL 3 TUMBLER FILES INTO Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mk2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mk2vehicles.rpf\

    Replace with what????? Make it alot clearer, ive never installed GTA mods before is can you tell me step by step?
