I was testing the mod on the new version of GTA 5 Legacy with NVE Lite (2025) graphics - Works!
If you have an older version of GTA 5 or an old version of graphics for GTA 5 installed, the mod may not run.
The mod didn’t run on the old NVE 2021, but when I installed the new NVE Lite (2025), the mod started working.
Everything works fine without the graphics mods as well.

So if you want to use GAMECONFIG and script mods (on the new version of GTA 5), install Script Hook V Dot Net 2.10.10 – they work great. But the only downside is that you won’t be able to run new script mods released after 2024.

@raining bananas No, this is a new version of the game; it causes problems. And it's always like this. I think Rockstar did this on purpose. Because Script Hook Dot Net Nightly Builds + GAMECONFIG works fine with older versions of GTA 5 (1180-3179). But on the new versions of GTA 5 (starting from 2024), problems appear. I was advised to choose SHDN Nightly Builds (96) – it worked fine, but it no longer runs the newest script mods. Maybe the SHDN developers are doing something wrong, because on the new versions of GTA 5 + Gameconfig, this creates problems and the game crashes.

@fato2016 You can choose not to update the game, for example, if you use the old version of GTA 5 (3179) before the release of Script Hook V Dot Net Nightly Builds, the game will work even if you add Nightly Builds + Gameconfig.
For example:
1) Old version of GTA 5 (3179) + Script Hook V Dot Net Nightly Builds + Gameconfig = The game works
2) Old version of GTA 5 (3179) + Script Hook V Dot Net 2.10.10 + Gameconfig = The game works

@fato2016 Yes, the problem is with the new version of GTA 5.
1) If you use the new version of GTA 5 + Script Hook V Dot Net Nightly Builds + Gameconfig = the game does not work.
2) If you use the new version of GTA 5 + Script Hook V Dot Net 2.10.10 + Gameconfig = the game works
(but you won’t be able to run new script mods from 2024).

I'm not going to make any further updates. But I can see that people want to see the new version, so I've published this config. I hope it helped someone.

@F7YO If your old version of 2699 works with 3028, then why don't you make a copy of the file and write that it's a new version?(if it works)
People don't understand because everyone thinks that the versions of the gameconfig file and the GTA 5 versions must be the same.
Make a copy of your working file, write that it is a new version of gameconfig 3028. And I'm going to remove this mod.
Using this file as an example, I've shown you that no one reads comments. And people are looking for a new version and want to download it.
