Replaced the file with the normal water file and nothing changed. Stuck in half water half drought. Having to reinstal game.
Only does the right half of the map no water, other half is flooded.
N does nothing for me.
Unfortunately can't get this working. Always spawns the original Velum. Have replaced files manually and with OpenIV.
