@MaxMzy Mod is very nice but sadly the installation location x64e will not work because there is another file dubsta.yft , dubsta hi.yft and dubsta.ytd located in patchday3ng which should be replaced in order to work and show up in game. [I am using version 1.0.1868.0]

This is Fabolous Mod and I did not notice any effect on gameplay maybe its minimal and negligible. Having More Garages than 2 or 4 and with so many safehouses are always awesome and fun.
@BritishGamer88 The lights which should operate as siren goes on does not work
when i press the horn key the police siren starts but instead of all lights working only Back Red light works.
@Dyc3 My Game version is 1.0.877.1 as I do not have a gaming computer it's a mid- range from HP that's why i can not update since it becomes unplayable and quite laggy. I am going to get one as soon this COVID pandemic slows. Are all of your mods tested with latest patch or version?

@HKH191 Is this mod compatible with your other mod Single Player Garage Reloaded (SPGR) ?

it allows you to have all the weapons upto latest updates with modifications and upgrades on them.
