Firstly always be sure you extract the folder from the .Zip rather than just pull the files out. This goes for everything, it can corrupt files. And often leads to corrupted props in Menyoo/Mapbuilder/Addon props mod.

This can also happen if things aren't placed correctly. Rarely the files need to go somewhere else but It can happen; Open OIV copy and search the file name(s) in both mods folder/game folder. If there is any other existing files that collide with these just replace them there as well. If you aren't sure, just double click the file(s) with the same name in OIV make sure they match with the ones you want to install.

If missing props is your problem even after that, its possible those props are corrupted and cant load. I encounter this often and re-installing menyoo/Map builder might help. If you are using the .Ymap version it could help to delete the custom map .ymap and instead use the menyoo .xml. Downside you'll have to load the xml through menyoo anytime you want to use this.

@iammistahwolf Yeah that is correct my friend. In total, I use 3DSM + GimsEvo, XMLtoYmap converter, Menyoo and obviously OpenIV.
