Converted to GTASA by Chargedl and Sleepy (me)
it was converted to IV by me and ToneBeeDTD
Data lines for SA and IV by ToneBeeDTD

@Madir Did you installed correctly or just copied and updated the existing SuCap1 DLC?
Please remove it from dlc folder and put it back, and test again.
I've tested many times but I cannot reproduce that problem.
