Every time I am attempting to install 3.1 it keeps failing. This keeps showing up as en error.
ZIP: Unable to save file "76:OpenIV.exe" to disk due to "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" error (9)
When I go into the file location and try to delete it it saying that its still the 3.0 Open IV and i need to reinstall 3.0 to recover it. It wont let me delete it. PLEASE HELP
