@Erotiiq I second this issue I've spent more than 3 days now trying to find a solution to this problem from changing certain settings in the registry or settings with windows defender, uninstalling and reinstalling gta as well as removing all mods and testing them all one at a time... or if its an issue with the graphics card clock & voltage + temp settings according to advice from gta forums, nvidia/amd forums, reshade forums, or even if it's something to do with the radeon software itself and all of them didn't help one bit, for the record for anyone who may know how to fix it for anyone who has it I am running a Ryzen 9 3900x cpu and a Radeon 5700xt gpu also the latest version of reshade too 4.7.0
