For those who still have collision issues like the original buildings being there and not going through the Plaza, then navigate through here in your DLC Packs.

liberty_city > dlc1.rpf > x64 > levles > gta5 > liberty_city > manhat > manhat02.rpf

The, go all the way down until you see "manhat02_7.ybn" and delete that file.

Not sure what the files are to remove traffic in that area is, but at least you can walk around the Plaza but hope this helps.

This mod is actually freaking cool. This is highly recommended to those to have the IV Car Pack, which I have. It works for majority of the cars in the pack, which is okay in my book!

@Dragust I had stated in the description that this was the livery from GTA 4, and it is bugged because I took it straight from the GTA 4 vehicle texture files. It adds just the Liberty CIty numbers that was taken out for GTA 5. Currently I don't know how to fix that. But it is an extra option to use the LC Decals for the chopper. You don't have to use it if the front is buggy.

No you cannot. Since it uses the Kosatka body, that means you cannot enter the Kosatka again when you exit, thus meaning you would have to spawn it in again

@coolmonke Okay to fix this, when you are about to spawn it in from Menyoo, be sure to check the box where it says Persistent Attachments, so that even if you are across the map, it can still stay there. But be sure that if you get out, delete the sub from the Spooner database since you cant get back in it anyways.
