@unearthedox Do you have to use a keyboard and mouse? I use a gamepad.

Imagine you're cruising down the western coast highway going North. What I want is a mod that, say I turned the camera to face the ocean while driving it will *stay* facing the ocean even after I let the thumb-stick go. If I don't hold the right thumb-stick towards the ocean as soon as I let it go the camera will immediately snap back to behind the car (facing forward), essentially making sightseeing while in a vehicle damn near pointless and downright frustrating.
Think of it this way:
Your mod locks the camera in a certain direction, I can move the camera to face directly behind me, but essentially what your mod does is make the camera behave as if there's a tripod attached to the hood/door/trunk. While it's close to what I'd like I like the standard camera showing the side of the car when you take a turn, if you flip your car the camera doesn't flip with you, etc. Essentially what I'd like is the dynamics and fluidity of the standard camera with the 'locking' feature of your mod.
@Santos_Revenge @Guadmaz I came here to make sure I had the latest version because of this problem. If you can in the next update fix the volume issue and allow skipping of songs.
@NetWork3r I just tried https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/m4a1-carbine-high-poly and that one isn't working either so it's probably on my end.
I have no other weapon model mods but I will try one to see if that one works. I do have ASI loader and openiv.asi. I'm pretty sure they are but I'll check to see if they're updated.
@NetWork3r I tried installing there but it's still not working. I really would like to get this working.
@NetWork3r I'm using enhanced native trainer update 28. I tried giving myself all weapons but it's still not showing up. I don't imagine I need a specific trainer to be able to spawn your model right? It should outright replace the carbine rifle?
I've installed where you said but I don't see it anywhere in game.
Someday there will be a mod that changes all vehicles to their real life counterparts. That will be a glorious day.
@clyde2525 I should have probably been clearer. I meant I'd like to replace all of Trevor's T-shirts with your designs. I love them and I want all of them. That's why I asked if we had to only pick one pack to install, and I would like non-replacements because more variety.
