What is this RDE people are talking about?

My favorite of all the mods that I've downloaded. Easily! Cass, do you know of any mods that increase the number of NPCs, but that is also compatible with yours? LS seems a little empty sometimes >.<

Stop uploading mods if you aren't going to bother updating any of them. Half of your mods no longer work and were never updated. People need to quit giving you high ratings until you show that you can update your shit dude.

I think you should make it to where when zombies kill an NPC, that NPC comes back as a zombie. Also, it'd be so cool if you had maybe a chaos mode where the NPC/vehicle spawning is normal like in vanilla mode, and zombies start coming out of wherever and attack everyone. In other words a mode where it's the very start of the zombie apocalypse.

Is this mod compatible with World of Variety? As I understand it, this mod as well as WOV overwrite the vehicle meta.

Great mod but I think I've come across a bug. When I punch someone, 4 out of 5 times they hit the ground and start seizing. Anyone have any clue how I might be able to fix this? I also posted this comment on the Streets of Rage mod page just in case it has something to do with that. But yeah, fist fighting seems to leave someone on the ground seizing and they don't get back up ):
