Music was stuttering on the loading screen before, but it's super smooth now!
It's great the "stuttering fix" and the "fps unlocker" can be installed separately. ☺
The download contains a txt with the mediafire download link for singleplayer and FiveM. The download takes some time, but the installation is easy, it's just a dlc pack ‒ so it's easily revertable if needed.
If someone already have European traffic signs (like me), this mod completes the look and transforms Los Santos nicely! ☺
@TayMcKenzie At first I swapped the female cap model with the male one and the texture still was misaligned. Then I swapped in the male cap model's texture as well and... the texture is still misaligned!

@HKH191 This mod only can store one male and one female character, while the "character creation script" can store unlimited male and female characters and outfits. Unlike this, that mod actually using in-game store locations for clothing, barber and tattoos, not everything at one place. Also, character creation at the airport and character modification is at the Rockford Hills hospital.
