I wanted to say that I have finally understood how to use these custom faces. You have to put the file inside the "mppatchesng" directory (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mppatchesng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01).
Then, in order to spawn it, you have to open Menyoo and go to: "Wardrobe/Head Features/Shape&Skin Tone". You'll find the custom face under "Tone Inherited From Father" or "Tone Inherited From Mother". That's how you spawn it.
