Is it necessary to install the open interiors and buildamission mods for this one?

Well the textures are disappearing a lot since 1.0.280. That never happened with 1.0.270
Can anyone please help? I want to download version 1.0.270 cos 1.0.280 is kinda buggy. Is there a way to get the old version?
