dam cant use this mod cos of the new gta 5 update

in this mod i thought the building was limited it would be cool if we could make ladders and ramps

we need the backpack mod

why is it a cs file

@Cody2418 make a file in your main game folders called mods like you do with scripts the when you go to replace the file though openiv there should be a thing at the top saying copy to mods folder do that then replace the file
