    Go to go to manhat_metadata.rpf locate one_wtc01.ymap
    change onewtc position to <position x="5177.39000000" y="-890.87000000" z="13.00000000"/>
    change scaleXY to <scaleXY value="0.80000000"/>
    and change parkavenue position to <position x="5089.51000000" y="-30.91999000" z="14.00000000"/>
