also been thinking. More average NPC's would be cool to add to make like a wintery vibe and add to the christmasyness of gta5 when you add snow etc. cuz seeing dudes walking in bikinis and shorts etc while its snowing makes no sense

@007ammudi its not 'perfect for movie makers' because its random shit they're spewing out. and us movie makers just use lip movement or dialogue from simple trainer, and even go so far as to remove the dialogue in the editor afterwarda dn replace it with either custom voice overs OR soundboard voice clips. so. yes this is just useless. But half star for your efforts modding is not easy
