@BMfan Figured it out it was a mod I had call random events that had the same key as this one, as soon as I disabled it it worked
@BMfan alright did some troubleshooting found out part of my issue was the LUA Plugin didn't have all the files in the right place, I get the interaction now just no menu
@jedijosh920 yea this isn't working I keep getting a green leaf and i've un-installed and re-installed both the script and the model using OpenIV multiple times
@BMfan well what are you doing differently that I'm not because I followed these instructions and I still can't get it to work

So idk if an update or something disabled this but followed your instructions and its definitely not working even tried @BiqBoss suggestion and @CarnathSmecher suggestion still nothing
