@RANDOM GAMER same here! I FOUND THE PROBLEM if you were modding dlclist.xml , then become like this....
cannot change clothes
can't spawn your car
sometimes the mousewheel no function for order , and can u make it don use the gun to make the order its means like use unarmed or melee weapon? btw its a good mod haha TQ!!
