@Lokuras You have to change the max speed. Once you go into Menyoo Customs it changes the max speed to 1 :)
@TrustedChimp theres really no way around it sadly u could try to turn wifi off.
@MAFINS I have https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mp-vehicles-in-sp but they still despawn

It works completly fine for me anyone have questions ill help answer them :)
