@gti92 Well, I'll tell you how to do it. First, change the yft files and the ytd from "towncar98h" to "romero." Then open OpenIV, go to the mods folder, and proceed with this: x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and then drop the "Romero" files there, but make sure you back up the original Romero if you run into trouble.

@zachtrail1993, 90s, 80s, 00s, a lot of vehicles from different eras. And no I am not planning to make the Honda Accord 2014 and 2016.

He'll never release the stolen stuff from other creators, because he got exposed by Heyslickthatsme. Hoping for a real GTA 5 beta Discord community.
