@COD MASTER 123, this short version of the installation works for me.

1 - Create a folder called cls63 and put inside the file "dlc.rpf" : \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2 - Go to: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data — and extract/edit the "dlclist.xml" and add the line <Item>dlcpacks:\cls63\</Item>

3 - Go to \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data ------ and extract/edit "extratitleupdatedata.meta" and add the line

<Item type="SExtraTitleUpdateMount">
<deviceName>dlc_cls63:/</deviceName>
<path>update:/dlc_patch/cls63/</path>
</Item>

4 - Spawmed using Simple Trainer: cls63
