@ansh__007 yeah it's several versions behind, if you downgrade it'll work as intended but then you cut yourself off from any newer mods. Not worth it imo. Menyoo does work for changing models tho. Personally I'm trying to figure out how to add the peds to the game and get them to spawn naturally, never made a mod before but getting decent enough I may try coming up with something to publish here.

The culprit is ZolikaPatch. It does not work at all and not sure why a deprecated mod is a requirement. I run this fine without it but I also can't play story missions without crashing so I'm just saving most my mods for when I'm done with the story.

@TwoBucks for sure man. I find the best setup for diagnosing is two folders, one for base game files and one for your mods folder files. Everything outside an .rpf file can just be renamed with an _ in the name to disable it (_mods, _x64, etc). As long as base game hasn't been tampered with it'll just pull the OG files on boot. I keep trying to load the game till it lets me in, if its site specific I drive to wherever the problem occurs and see if it repeats. Once you eliminate everything else you can crack open the update.rpf which is probably where the problem is if nothing else worked. You'll have to drag your base game version of those files inside the .rpf to that empty base folder you created and your modded copy to the other, start replacing a folder at a time and running the game until you nail down the file(s) and there you go. Been able to reverse every crash that way. Underscore method works the same with the script folder. And yeah you can eliminate that fear of .oiv with just renaming it to a .zip file. The .xml inside you can open up with your browser and read where all it installs files to, then just go find the same files in your base game folder and drag em to an empty folder, then replace the same files in your mods folder with em.

The .yed files caused my game to crash on the loading screen, took a couple days to nail it down but it's most definitely those files. May just be a conflict with my specific set up though.

@TwoBucks usually im pretty good with figuring this stuff out but I'm clueless on .dll files. I'm pretty sure the mod author is going to have to add it himself if it's something he's interested in fixing. From everything I've seen I need the source code and cracking open the .dll itself didn't give me any obvious places to add the lines to the script. Sorry bud. But for in the future, yeah it's all pretty simple if you're messing with .xml or anything you're able to open with Notepad++. Even .oiv files you can change to .zip and rifle through. It's a huge help when I install something that screws my setup, pretty easy to open up the .xml and see what specific files were changed when you have a heavily modded game.

@BerkshireMods You're a saint and a treasure. Not ready to give up my personal popcycle yet but once you flesh out the police and trash truck spawns I'm 100% sold. I'm sure this isn't something you'll be able to do right away and will take some doing, but I had the idea to add another group of drivers into the mix that will intentionally speed or hit things, maybe an individualized riot mode would work, and integrating a speeding ticket script that'll allow the patrolling police to pull over that group of drivers so the world seems more alive and less player-focused.

Most of your mod pages don't have download buttons?
