@Alex106 yep, definitely this. I commented it out and did not crash for like 20mins..need to do some more testing around this. what exactly does it do?
I meant the line we commented out, what exactly does it replace ort restore what asset/texture?

@Alex106 no no, the 64e.rpf file should be alongside update1.rpf and update2.rpf or outside that folder?
also @Alex106, pls share the gameconfig ur using with the latest version of the game, it is a request. I cannot find any updated gameconfig except the LA Traffic mod, which works but im not sure why the hell is this game CTDing on me. No errors nothing, just crashes without any error.

@Alex106 did you provide the fix that was causing the crash earlier? the pastebin is no longer available.
the mod creates a 64e.rpf file in the mods folder rather than in the update folder inside the mods the folder?
deleting that launches the game correctly, is it at the correct location? im talking about this particularly

It is definitely the popcycle.dat which is having huge number of spawn groups changes as well, can you suggest safer number for that as well?
@Venator tried VehicleStreamRender -> 270 back to 170 or even 100 and VehicleStreamRequest -> down to 110 or even 60, also lowered down vehicle count in popcycle.dat, not sure why this is not getting fixed
