After Hours DLC - Advanced Handling Flags Removal 1.0

This mod removes the Advanced Handling Flags from affected vehicles in the After Hours update. Also removed is any additional new SubHandlingData values that weren't present before the Southern San Andreas Super Sport Series DLC.
The vehicles that had the advanced flags value were horrible to drive, much like vehicles from the SSASSS update and this mod fixes that.
The Swinger in particular is so much nicer thanks to this mod.
List of changed vehicles:
Mule Custom
Patriot Stretch
Festival Bus
Pounder Custom
Scramjet
Speedo Custom
Swinger
Terrorbyte
All other vehicles remain unchanged.
Installation:
Copy "mpbattle" folder from "update/x64/dlcpacks" to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Drop "handling.meta" into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpbattle/dlc.rpf/common/data"
Enjoy!
