Use OpenIV to make these changes.
(REPLACE)
1. Replace three f620 files in folder:
.\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Open .\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta
Find F620 section starting with modelName f620 /modelName
Look for dashboardType> DT_SUPERGT /dashboardType in that section
Change VDT_SUPERGT to VDT_BANSHEE
Find child f620 /child and replace the line above it
(parent vehicles_supergt_interior /parent) with
parent vehicles_banshee_interior /parent
In the f620 section, update LODs:
lodDistances content="float_array"
