That description is incorrect. The Black Eagle Project was cancelled in 2001 because its based on the T-80. The T-80 preformed horribly in the 2nd Chechen crisis that the MoD said at the time that they will NEVER adopt a gas turbine tank ever again hence project hence object 640's cancellation. So "new generation of "Black Hawk" tanks will soon come out. " that is incorrect. Good model tho lel :)
