Location \update\update.rpf\common\data and replace or drag and drop the file named visualsettings.dat

Ahh, this is one value I didn't play with on NEONS, have to check that out. But yea, if you took the time to make it, you could take the time to take a picture :P
I'm interested in this mod.... the neons are too dull and boring. I'd love to see a pic of it though.
