version: 17.3 = two in one off-road & race handling.meta and special funktion vehicles.meta
replace info
for the addon method = the files for the addon method, only replace the files like in the installations instruktions are listed
for the replace method = the files for the replace method, only replace the files like in the installations instruktions are listed
contend and their function
two in one off-road & race handling.meta info = better for off-road & street and the damage compatibility is like the kuruma amored
special function vehicles.meta info = better vehicle control, have more exhaust smoke, a spawnable parachute like them of the ruiner 2000 put only in fly the x button on controller or put the space button to activate them put the button second to despawn the parachute further the vehicle have jump action like the ruiner 2000 too only jump with horns buttom on controller and the e buttom on the keyboard
have fun with the better handling.meta´s and the vehicles.meta and sorry for some other problems i also don´t know how to fix them but i think the meta is better like the default meta and i think the vehicles.meta with the functions are also cool
ps: if someone want to change the meta`s, i grapped two links to change the handling.meta and the vehicles.meta to do it self but be considered with the veccentreofmassoffset and vecInertiamultiplier values and if someone want that i make different versions of handling.meta or vehicles.meta so comment

Parachute and jump mod don't work on cracked version, is it normaly?
The off road handling is perfect

No problem man thank you for your fast answer, i'm just sad because i can't have the ruiner2000 and your mod was the posibility for me to have a parachute car. Can you contact me if you know a mod with parachute car? Thanks you
@Leto2405 the thing is you only must put the words (FLAG_HAS_PARACHUTE FLAG_JUMPING_CAR) into the vehicles.meta of a car into the row of the flag and see the car can use a parachute and can jump with any car where you put this letters in. but your problem is you mean you have the cracked version and the problem them is probably you don`t have the newest version from gta 5 with the function of spawnable parachutes and jumping for vehicles so you need the newest version

@Leto2405 i worked a little with a cracked version of gta 5 and got it to install the patch 1.0.944.2 you just have to go on this page ( https://www.google.de/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjW2cXD87jSAhUEQJoKHc0tACoQFgghMAE&url=https%3A%2F%2Fhowfix.net%2Ffile%2Fpatch%2Fdownload-patch-1-0-944-2-importexport-gta-5-pc%2F&usg=AFQjCNHXVnayitbHH4-BVZMTFdRaNNAj1Q&sig2=4SNrbS33kaPgdBSa9-N0oQ ) and do everything there is written but first make a backup and note that you do not change the current launcher you need them;3
