For GTA versions below Import/Export update, replace the handling inside mpjanuary2016 dlc.rpf (Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpjanuary2016\dlc.rpf\common\data\handling.meta).
For versions from Import/Export update and newer, replace the handling inside the update.rpf (Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpjanuary2016\common\data\handling.meta).
